About Me

I’m Dr. Sandi Meyers, a trauma-informed therapist supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in Los Angeles and across California via telehealth. My approach blends mind, body, and relational healing to help you move through anxiety, depression, trauma, people-pleasing, and identity shifts. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, therapy can help you reconnect — gently, deeply, and in your own time.

I am a Registered Psychological Associate in California (Registration #94027995), working under the supervision of Dr. Jesi Sasaki, PsyD (License #PSY30889).

If you’re unsure where to start, you’re not alone. I invite you to reach out - even if you’re just exploring what support might look like!

Who I Work With

I work with primarily with adults and teens in Los Angeles and throughout California via telehealth. Many of the clients I support are “high-functioning”, thoughtful individuals who feel stuck beneath the surface, whether due to past trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, or identity shifts.

I also provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to support children (age 2-7) and caregivers in improving communication, strengthening their bond, and reducing challenging behaviors. PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for children with emotional regulation difficulties, defiance, or behavioral concerns.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to get curious, find clarity, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
